Privacy policy

This policy covers Deep Core, the game for iPhone, iPad and Android made by Ratta (“we”), and this website. In short: Deep Core does not collect any personal data.
Summary
- The game does not collect, transmit, share or sell any personal data.
- It makes no network connections. There are no ads, analytics, tracking, accounts or in-app purchases.
- Your saved game and settings stay on your device.
Data stored on your device
Deep Core keeps your saved game (money, pod, story progress and the mine as you left it) and your settings (such as language and display options) in your device's local app storage. The game never sends this data anywhere, and we cannot see it.
Deleting the app deletes this data. If your device's own backup is turned on (for example iCloud Backup or Android backup), the operating system may include it in that backup. Apple or Google handle those backups under their own terms, and we have no access to them.
No network access, no third-party SDKs
The game works entirely offline and never connects to the internet. The Android version doesn't even request the Internet permission.
It contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software. It is built with open-source components that run only on your device: the Flutter framework, the Flame game engine and Flutter's local storage plugin.
App stores
You get Deep Core from the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle your download and your store account under their own privacy policies. They may give us aggregated statistics, such as download counts, and crash reports from people who chose to share them with developers. These don't identify you, and we use them only to improve the game.
Children
Deep Core does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party content. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't use this data to identify or track visitors.
If you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you, never share it, and delete it on request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a future version of the game ever handled data differently, we would update this policy before releasing that version.
